1. Acceptance

By using VetFlow you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. The Service is provided by DAM ALHOLOOL (دعم الحلول) through the Que platform. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Service": the VetFlow veterinary clinic management system and all its components.
  • "Subscriber": the business or person that created the account and subscribed.
  • "User": any person who accesses the Service through the Subscriber's account.
  • "Subscriber Data": data entered into the Service by the Subscriber or its Users.

3. Eligibility

You must be a legal entity or an adult (18+) with authority to enter this agreement on behalf of your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.

4. Service Description

VetFlow is a cloud-based veterinary clinic management system covering: animal and appointment management, medical visits, point of sale, inventory, tax invoicing, accounting, and performance reports. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time as the Service evolves.

5. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any suspected breach or unauthorized use
  • Sharing accounts with parties outside your organization is prohibited

6. Subscription & Payment

  • Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and exclusive of VAT; 15% VAT is added to the subscription value on the issued invoice
  • 14-day free trial with no credit card required
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 48 hours before the renewal date
  • A tax invoice is issued for each payment
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

7. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business. You may not:

  • Resell, rent, or sublicense the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or copy Service components
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
  • Attempt unauthorized access or compromise system security
  • Enter false or misleading data

8. Subscriber Data

Your clinic, customer, and animal data remains yours. We process it solely to operate the Service and per our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time during your subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party systems (e.g. the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, payment providers, and messaging services). We are not responsible for their downtime or changes, and your use of them is subject to their providers' terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, its software, designs, and trademarks belong to DAM ALHOLOOL. Your use of the Service grants you no rights in it other than the license described above.

11. Availability & Maintenance

We target 99.5% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice where possible. We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure, maintenance, or third-party failures.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims or damages arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the Service, or your infringement of third-party rights.

14. Suspension & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms or non-payment, with prior notice where possible. After termination you have 90 days to export your data.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you via the Service or email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them is resolved through the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
